The Hanover High School Band Department is comprised of many different ensembles including: Marching, Percussion, Jazz, Concert and Wind Ensemble. Each group is comprised of talented musicians dedicated to learning, reading, and performing music.
The Hanover High School Band was recognized as a Virginia Honor Band for the 2006-2007 school year for receiving superior ratings at VBODA festivals in Concert band, Wind Ensemble, and Marching Band.
